Why it matters
In tablet and capsule counting environments, fine powder and debris inevitably migrate into moving assemblies. Around memory flap cylinders, this contamination can build up at the nose seal area. Over time, debris can:
- damage the nose seal and increase friction,
- introduce timing variation or sluggish motion,
- shorten cylinder life (often requiring full cylinder replacement).

Compatibility
Compatible with Cremer CF1220, CVC1220, and CVC1620 counting machines using pneumatic memory (separator) flap cylinders. If you’re unsure which cylinder/version you have, send photos of the memory flap unit and we’ll confirm.
Relationship to the validated memory flap unit
This kit is included as standard with XIAC validated memory/separator flap units, and is also available separately as a standalone serviceability upgrade.
Operational impact
The Easy-Clean kit typically introduces only one small SOP addition: a scheduled cleaning step made possible by the improved access. This is a purely mechanical serviceability improvement and does not change how the machine operates.
