Conceptual illustration of Hybrid Counting technology
Counting performance • Controlled handover • Modular channel architecture

Hybrid counting technology

Higher throughput Controlled final count Modular design ASTRA-1P origins

Hybrid Counting Mode increases output when product flow allows it, while preserving deterministic control when the final count must land exactly. It combines bulk-like throughput with single-file certainty in a compact machine footprint.

Advanced tablet and capsule detection technology with emitter, detector and coordinator units
Adaptive detection • Product simulation • Audit counting • 4–16 channels

Advanced tablet detection technology

4–16 channels Product simulator Audit counter EtherCAT / Modbus / MultiLink

XIAC advanced sensor modules combine emitter, detector and coordinator units into a configurable detection platform for new tablet and capsule counting machines. Built-in simulation, audit counting, adaptive parameters and real-time diagnostics make the system suitable for demanding production environments.

M2MB Multi-Master Modbus RTU concept diagram
Multi-master communication • Session routing • Standard Modbus RTU devices

M2MB — Multi-Master Modbus RTU

Up to 32 masters One shared bus Session aware No slave changes

M2MB expands standard Modbus RTU by allowing multiple RTU masters to communicate over the same twisted-pair backbone. Session modules add lightweight routing while existing PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, I/O modules, and sensors remain standard Modbus devices.
